Part big-picture thinker
Part studio builder

Hi! I am Geraldine,

I started with paper and scissors, drawing, making collages, creating things just to see what would happen. Then came a detour: eight years in law, including a stint as a film lawyer. Eventually, I traded contracts for moodboards and never looked back.

I’m a lifelong learner with a curious mind, shaped mostly by on-the-job learning: internships, agencies, building studios, leading creative teams. None of it was easy and creativity in all its forms became my way through, it is not just about making things; it’s about making sense of them, evolving, and staying curious enough to see the world through different lenses.

Let’s talk

  • Creative Studio Builder

I build (or rebuild) studios that actually work. Teams with the right roles, the right tools, and the freedom to grow. I’ve hired, shaped, and scaled creatives into strong units and built systems that keep brands consistent without killing experimentation. Culture matters as much as craft, so I focus on collaboration, clarity, and processes that get us to better work, faster.

  • Team Leader

Leadership, for me, is equal parts vision and sharpening. I sit at the table where decisions are made, but I also get in the trenches, giving feedback that strengthens ideas, mentoring creatives, and backing teams when ideas need defending. My role is to keep the creative bar high and the direction clear, across projects, departments, and clients.

  • Conceptual Design Director

I turn briefs into stories people care about, shaping narratives and visuals that feel culturally alive, not formulaic. From moodboards to motion, I work across disciplines to stretch ideas into something unexpected yet strategic. It’s about pushing teams to explore, then anchoring the work so it connects with both brand and business goals.

I am also a Mentor, Coach, Book at the Human Library & everyday Ally.
I learn, listen and lift.

I’ve joined these spaces because I believe in listening before speaking, in unjudging, and in making room for stories that rarely get the mic. Whether mentoring, sharing my own path, or building platforms for others, I show up to exchange, to learn, and to help shift the lens.

What matters to me: more people seeing themselves reflected, included, informed. Asking better questions. Creating braver spaces to answer them.

  • Book @The Human Library

As a Book in the Human Library, I share my personal story openly, inviting readers to ask questions without judgment. My role is to challenge stereotypes, spark dialogue, and create space for understanding
    (book title: child bereavement)

  • Mentor with She Says

Every six months, I mentor a new creative, someone looking for support in their development or navigating a turning point in their career.

  • Chair, DEI&W Committee

Championing representation and belonging in the workplace and leading our DEI&W committee to turn inclusion into action.
